Can I tour today?
In order to minimize the intrusion on current tenants, all tours require 48 hours advance notice. Unfortunately this means that tours cannot be scheduled for the same day or the next day.
Can I move in tomorrow?
A tour is highly recommended prior to move-in. Also the application including credit check and background check are required prior to signing a lease. The steps typically go: 1) Tour 2) Apply 3) Pay Deposit 4) Sign Lease 5) Move-in. The tour and application is a minimum three day process. If the room is available, you will be able to move in immediately after paying the deposit and signing the lease.
Do you accept pets?
We love animals but unfortunately we do not accept pets at this time.
Can I have a 3 or 6 month lease?
We offer 12 month leases that convert to month to month after the initial 12 months. Unfortunately we do not offer shorter term rental periods like 3 months or 6 months.
What is the application process?
We use Innago (a rental management web site) to perform the credit and background check. These checks are vital to protecting the rental property and the current and future tenants expecting a safe place to live. The total cost is approximately $35 which is paid directly to Innago. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.

Frequently Asked Questions – Current Tenants
Is there a tenant referral program?
Yes, if a current or former successfully refers* a new tenant to a property, they will be rewarded with a $100 payment per new resident. Please contact us to refer a potential tenant!
* successful referral means they end up signing a lease.
How do I report maintenance requests or damage?
Tenant can text or call Landlord using the phone number provided in the residential lease agreement. This number is connected to Landlord’s cell phone and an additional emergency/backup contact.
How do I pay?

How do I give notice that I am moving out?
If you are on a month to month lease, communicate the intent to terminate the lease agreement in writing via email, text, or mail. 30 days prior written notice is required. The notice must be received no later than the first day of the month. Tenancy always terminates on the last day of the month. Please see the residential lease agreement for this contact information.

Can I run a business from home?
The room and house are for residential use. No businesses can be run from the property. The property cannot be used as a mailing or legal address for any busines. The exact restrictions can be found in the residential lease agreement.
